Execute the full sequence: stance → rear knee lift (feint) → rear leg snap-back → forward leap → cross delivery → land and reset
The entire motion should take less than one second from knee lift to landing
Focus on the timing: the rear leg snaps back at the same instant the punch hand extends — these are simultaneous, not sequential
Practise the leap distance: you should cover approximately two to three feet of forward ground
The punching arm's shoulder rotates forward exactly as it would on a standing cross
After landing, immediately return to your fighting stance — do not pause in an extended position
Film yourself from the side to check that the knee feint is convincing and the leap is horizontal
