Execution: from X-guard, release the bottom hook and reach forward to grip the opponent's near ankle, then push their hips away with the top foot while pulling the ankle
The ankle pick sweep works by removing the opponent's base — pulling the ankle toward you while pushing the hips away creates an irresistible force
