The arm threading in new york creates a deeper arm isolation than chill dog — the arm is trapped between the legs, not just controlled by the hand
From new york, the gogoplata is higher percentage because the arm is already cleared from the path of the shin choke
The omoplata from new york is also enhanced: the arm is pre-isolated, making the spin easier
