The following research was completed in an attempt to document the existence of any correlation between youth participation in Tae Kwon Do and various psychological and social traits evident within the participants. The data of this dissertation was gathered and recorded within the format of the qualitative case study. At the end of the case study the researcher was able to document evidence that individuals who participate in Tae Kwon Do demonstrate positive psychological and social traits. It
