The Wudang Internal Martial Arts Academy was founded by Master Chang, Wu-Na and Dr. Lu, Mei-hui to spread awareness of Chinese internal martial arts, promote health and spiritual cultivation, and teach practical fighting techniques for self-defense. The academy offers specialized training in Xingyiquan, Baguazhang, Taijiquan, Wudang Sword, Qigong, and related disciplines with an emphasis on tradition and excellence.
